This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of accounting experience looking to gain hands-on exposure in a corporate environment.

You’ll support day-to-day accounting operations including reconciliations, invoicing, data entry, and month-end processes. This is a hybrid position with excellent exposure to full-cycle accounting functions and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support the month-end and year-end close process
• Maintain accurate financial records and support general ledger activities
• Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor communication
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Support ad hoc accounting tasks and reporting requests

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (co-op or internship experience also considered)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel and general accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance function
• Experience with accounting software is an asset, but not required

Rewards:

• Up to $26/hr
