Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for a GenAI Engineer in Mississauga, Canada. You will design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, and ML techniques to solve complex business problems, and build AI apps with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, and vector databases.

• Develop prompt engineering strategies and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Monitor, evaluate, and govern AI models with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
• Build and optimize AI applications leveraging platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Lang Chain, Hugging Face, and vector databases.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI agents to improve model performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions into enterprise applications while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously enhance AI models through testing, fine-tuning, performance optimization, and governance best practices.
