You will design, develop, and deploy generative AI models, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, and build innovative AI solutions using LLMs,

Qualifications

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative Al Developer tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for experimenting withdiverse datasets, both structured and unstructured, to meet evolving businessrequirements. This role goes beyond simple prompt engineering; we are lookingfor a creative problem-solver who can architect and implement cutting-edgesolutions using the latest in Al technology. You will be a key player inleveraging Generative Al to build powerful, user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative Al models and solutions.
• Excellent Python skills
• Conduct experiments with large-sc ale structured and unstructured datasets toderive insights and improve model performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Al-driven solutions.
• Develop and refine prompts but also focus on creating novel algorithms andarchitectures for innovative applications.
• Build and integrate solutions involving Large Language Models (LLMs), SmallLanguage Models (SLMs), Al agents, and other tools and platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative Al, LLMs, andrelated technologies.
• Ensure the solutions are robust, scalable, and provide tangible value to theend-user.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a developer in the field of Generative Al.
• Strong understanding of fundamental Artificial Intelligence (Al) and MachineLearning concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models(SLMs), and their practical applications.
• Hands-on experience with Al agents, tool integration, and building complex Alworkflows and systems.
• Familiarity with modern Al platforms and control planes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with GenAl frameworks such as Lang Chain, LangGraph, andmonitoring tools like Lang Smith.
• Demonstrated ability to work with both structured (e.g., databases, CSVs) andunstructured (e.g., text, documents) data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively anddrive innovation.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders
