The University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking a clinical professor in Gastroenterology. Responsibilities include providing patient care, performing procedures, teaching, and contributing to the inclusive mission of the university. This ongoing position is expected to commence on July 01, 2025, with negotiable salary based on experience.
The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Department of Medicine, is seeking applicants for a full-time clinical professor, clinical associate professor or clinical assistant professor to join our faculty.
Candidates with an interest in these areas are considered: general gastroenterology, disorders of the anorectum and pelvic floor and/or other aspects of clinical gastroenterology as practiced in a tertiary care center.
The successful candidate will provide direct patient care at UW Hospital and Clinic, the Wm. Middleton Veteran's Affairs Hospital and Meriter Hospital and at UW Health approved locations as well as outreach locations. The primary clinical practice will include procedural, inpatient, and ambulatory care, to include endoscopy procedures, as well as sub-specialty care in gastroenterology. The chosen candidate will teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
