Gasfitter - Service Technician

CanGas Propane Inc. is a propane supply, service, and equipment company serving communities across Western Canada. We are continuously recruiting a qualified Gasfitter to support current operations and future growth at our Williams Lake branch. This posting represents an active and open position. Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely execute gas fitting, servicing, and installation of gas‑burning appliances and related equipment
• Travel throughout the assigned region as required
• Deliver appliances and equipment; install tanks using crane truck as required
• Obtain gas permits for all installations in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Complete all records, reports, and invoicing for work performed
• Service and maintain company equipment
• Complete worksite hazard assessment forms for each new delivery or installation location
• Adhere to all national and local regulations pertaining to the L.P.G. industry
• Safeguard and manage company funds

Qualifications

• Propane industry experience considered an asset
• Valid Gasfitter’s license with installation experience
• Air brake endorsement considered an asset
• Valid driver’s license (provincial requirements based on location)
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
