Job summary

Willingdon Chevron is seeking a retail supervisor to oversee gas bar and store operations in Burnaby. You will assign tasks, hire or train staff, handle payments, merchandise orders, and maintain inventory while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires on-site work with a bondable background and ability to obtain basic security clearance, with responsibilities spanning cash

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• On-site work at the physical location; no remote option.
• Must be bondable and able to obtain basic security clearance.
