Irving Oil Ltd. is seeking a Gas Heating Service Technician to complete customer requests, diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and install new equipment. You will ensure safety and proper operation while delivering timely, quality service.

The role requires a Gas Technician license, 2–4 years of experience, and the ability to install and service heating equipment. Great customer service and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Gas Technician license is required.
• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of wiring, plumbing and some air conditioning.
• Ability to install and service heating equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues using industry practices and tools.
• Diagnose and solve complex system problems during inspections (gas flow, thermostats, heat flow, insulation).
• Provide consultative services within defined area and lead a stream of work within a project.
• Ensure safe working environment and provide status updates to managers.
• Demonstrate product understanding and support Residential Energy Services operations.
