Job summary

Linde plc in Canada is seeking a Class 3 Route Delivery Driver responsible for safe transportation and delivery of gas cylinders to customers. You will load and unload cylinders, verify quantities, and ensure compliance with shipping documents.

The role requires two years of endorsed driving experience, a valid license with air brake, ability to handle different cylinder sizes, and knowledge of TDG and WHMIS. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate reports.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of AZ/DZ/Class 1/3/5 driving experience with air brake endorsement.
Provincial Driver's License valid and includes air brake endorsement.
Ability to handle various cylinder sizes and weights.

Responsibilities

Load and unload cylinders, count and record quantities and styles to match shipping documents.
Check and placard vehicle according to TDG regulations.
Follow operating and safety procedures while performing tasks.
Complete shipping orders and related paperwork.
Prepare trip reports, fuel tickets and other required reports.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects to supervisor.
Identify needs for repairs or maintenance to vehicles and arrange accordingly.
