Job summary

Calgary Co-op is seeking a Gas Bar Clerk Cashier in Calgary, AB to deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining a safe, clean gas bar operation. You will handle fueling, propane servicing, stock the store, and assist with receiving and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Grade 9 or acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Must be fluent in English (CLBA - Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment score of 5 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and maintains positive customer relations through the proper handling of questions, comments, requests, and complaints.
• Performs fueling and propane handling to company standards.
• Stocks and displays merchandise, maintains stock levels and price integrity.
• Assists with receiving procedures and inventory counts.
• Maintains cleanliness of the gas bar area, store, pumps and washrooms.
• Adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations and tobacco and lottery policies.
