Do you love gardening? Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated food retail chain, is looking for a Garden Centre Clerk in Valleyview, Alberta.

Qualifications:

• A passion for flowers, vegetables, and other types of plants
• An aptitude for creating connections with customers
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working during the peak garden retail summer months including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of plant care is an asset

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Advising clients with care instructions for various plants
• Providing occasion-specific plant suggestions or equipment recommendations
• Weeding, watering, and preparing plants for purchase
• Packaging clients' plants to prevent breakages
• Maintaining a clean and sanitized work area
• Providing a positive customer experience
• Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, Seasonal
• Location: Valleyview, AB
• Wage: $15.00 - $18.00 / hour
