Groupe Dynamite invites applications for a Store Manager role at GARAGE stores across North America. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, recruit, train and coach staff, and drive exceptional customer service.

You will promote a positive shopping experience, maximize profitability, and ensure operational excellence. Flexible scheduling, fashion-focused leadership, and strong teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience in fashion or related field.
• Passion for fashion and customer orientation.
• Demonstrates problem solving and decision making abilities.

Job summary:

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
