GARAGE at Groupe Dynamite in Montreal is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while upholding outstanding standards.

Reporting to the District Manager, you drive sales and productivity, optimize operations, and build loyal customer relationships through coaching and motivation. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to promote an environment encouraging participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in changing business environment with impactful ideas
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
