Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE stores are seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will promote a positive shopping experience, motivate staff, and drive sales and productivity targets.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, optimize store operations, and ensure profitability while upholding brand standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in fashion retail or equivalent.
• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business is an asset.
• Passion for fashion; customer-oriented.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Social Media, mobile devices, and MS Office.

Job summary:

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
