Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor remains full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps customers coming back.

You’ll be the backstage driver of smooth operations, contributing to team success with attention to detail and proactive collaboration, including flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset; supports the in-store experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy are a plus.

You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Your role & qualifications:

• High school diploma;
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related);
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized;
• Proactive team player who takes ownership;
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience;
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus);
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
