Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Operations Assistant Manager is to maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, E-comm order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising to provide an outstanding shopping experience to every customer. You will play an important role in the store's day-to-day operations, contributing to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and ensuring execution of the brand and visual standards. You are an integral part of your store’s success!

Qualifications
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
  • Passion for fashion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with good decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to adapt to changing business needs by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.
  • Curiosity and creativity, with a focus on simplifying processes and procedures.
  • Ability to promote participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on team ideas.
  • Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration, with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Skills in Social Media, Mobile Devices, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
