Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Co-Manager for Garage stores to lead a dynamic team and drive an exceptional omni-channel shopping experience. You will promote energy, connect with the community, and help shape a growing brand.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will recruit, train and coach staff, maximize profitability, and achieve sales and productivity targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Customer-oriented, fashion-focused with strong decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrates ability to promote collaboration, adaptability and urgency in changing business environments.
• Build partnerships and prioritize teamwork while promoting participation and learning.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive omni-channel shopping experience and maximize store profitability by achieving sales and productivity targets.

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Co-Manager is to promote a positive omni channel shopping experience, build loyal client relationships and produce outstanding business results by demonstrating great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You ensure to maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset

• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
