Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership to optimize sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience, lead and inspire a high-performing team, and drive operational efficiency both on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You contribute to inventory management, sales growth, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. You also assist with shipment processing, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are an essential part of your store’s success!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related field is an asset
• At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail, or equivalent management experience
• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in adapting to business changes
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively
• Social media skills, proficiency with mobile devices, Microsoft Office or OpenOffice
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
