You will collaborate with customer support, influencers, and partners, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Experience with content creation for gaming or entertainment audiences is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a creative flair.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversee all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) to ensure engaging content.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including posts, images, videos, and other media formats that resonate with gamers.
• Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and inquiries, and engage followers to build a positive online community.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and gaming news to adapt the company's social media strategy accordingly.
• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to promote game releases, updates, events, and offers.
• Collaborate with influencers, communities and partners to expand reach and brand awareness.
• Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and use data to improve campaigns and KPIs.
