Job summary

Great Canadian Entertainment is seeking a Gaming Compliance Officer to support GTA locations, including Pickering and Ajax. You will conduct compliance reviews, investigations, and risk assessments, while updating procedures and coordinating with regulators.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure robust controls and safe operations across gaming facilities in Ontario.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or college diploma in business, audit or finance or related experience.
• Direct compliance experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
• AML, gaming and regulatory framework knowledge in Ontario is an asset.
• Proven investigative and problem solving skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking and communication abilities, with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits and investigations across casino operations (security, surveillance, table games, slots, cage, marketing, food & beverage).
• Document findings and report to regulatory partners; liaise with external authorities.
• Develop controls, update SOPs, and support risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements; promote a positive work environment.
