Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP is hiring for an Amusement Host to operate major attractions and guide the gaming experience for guests of our venues. You will contribute to a lively, social atmosphere and support guests with their gaming needs.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and strong communication to help guests enjoy a safe and exciting entertainment experience. This position offers opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Upsell games by demonstrating game operations and creating a fun environment for guests.
• Ensure games and stations are clean, well-maintained, and operational; assist with restocking the store.
• Be a trusted resource for guest inquiries and know the venue pricing for events and promotions.

What you will do:

Job Description Our AmusementHosts are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. The Amusement Hostoperates all major attractions and is an expert on gaming within the facility and can help answer and/or curate the gaming experience for both experienced and non-experienced gamers. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Upselling games by showing guests game operations, encouraging guests to play and creating an overall fun, playful environment for them.
• Ensuring both games and individual stations are clean, well-maintained and fully operational and assisting with restocking the Store.
• Being a trusted resource for guests’ inquiries and concerns and have a working knowledge of the venue’s pricing for special events, promotions and daily events.

Qualifications:

• For licensed venues, candidates must be the required age of majority or older.
• You preferably have some experience with customer service.
• You can complete tasks with attention to detail.
• You have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
