  • Monitoring project tasks and alerting senior staff to potential risks or conflicts as they arise
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Supporting team members with the identification of potential conflicts in schedules, staffing, or resource allocation
  • Helping maintain and support clear goals, timelines, and basic project deliverables for projects overseen by the Games team
  • Supporting the creation of project documents, such as schedules, task lists, design documents, and risk management notes
  • Helping maintain a well-established documentation repository to allow for easy onboarding and knowledge sharing across stakeholders
  • Assisting in preparing basic project status reports and collecting data from team members and stakeholders
  • Compiling notes and actions from project meetings
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders as needed, including managers and senior team members
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordinating information between project teams and other departments
What you'd bring to the team:
  • You're working towards a Bachelor’s degree
  • A basic understanding of spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with team members across the organization
  • Experience with project management software or organizational applications (e.g., Asana, JIRA) is beneficial
  • Passion in the tech and gaming space is beneficial
Perks of being a Kabam intern:
  • Our success is due to the hard work of our people. We share our success with our people through flexible benefits and reward programs, sweet swag, snacks, and more.
