Activate's Toronto store at 30 Weston Road, Unit C202, is hiring a part-time role to guide players through check-in, support gameplay, and keep the store running at peak performance.

You’ll guide players through check-in, support customers during gameplay, and keep the store running at peak performance. The role is focused on keeping the action flowing and delivering a world-class experience.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. This is a part-time, permanent position at our Toronto (Stock Yards) store located at 30 Weston Road, Unit C202, Toronto, Ontario, M6N 0A7.

Responsibilities

Check-In Facilitation

• Warmly greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment.
• Verify appointment times and explain the check-in process.
• Handle cash, debit, credit, or gift card transactions as needed.
• Issue receipts and wristbands.
• Answer customer inquiries and involve a leader if the answer is not sufficient.

Facility Maintenance

• Clean the facility and washrooms as needed, including dusting and vacuuming.
• Paint around the main facility as needed.
• Assist Team Lead in checking inventory of merchandise.
• Reset and disinfect wristbands; clean and disinfect available lockers and lounge.
• Notify a leader immediately of game failures or malfunctions.
• Touch up equipment and other related tasks.
