Job summary

Canucks Sports & Entertainment is seeking a part-time Game Day Content Creator to lead live-clipping and editing of game highlights for social media. You will create score graphics from templates, publish content to channels, and work closely with Content and Social Media teams through all games.

The role requires keen attention to detail, a social media focused eye for content, and familiarity with team storylines. Evening and weekend availability at Rogers Arena is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience creating content for a junior/university/professional level sports team.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Available to work evenings and weekends at Rogers Arena.

Responsibilities

• Support social and content team with deliverables before, during, and post-game.
• Actively watch the broadcast and in-bowl activations for highlights to clip.
• Make note of key plays and broadcast calls to support the Content Team.
• Edit short form highlights for social media.
• Update score graphic templates.
• Edit and upload post-game media availabilities.
• Ensure all published work is up to brand guidelines.
• Work all 84 regular-season home and away games and pre-season games.

POSITION SUMMARY:
