RH is seeking a Gallery Host to provide world-class service to guests and care for our facilities.

Your Responsibilities

1. Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily
2. Represent the RH brand professionally through communication and appearance
3. Engage with clients enthusiastically, delivering excellent service
4. Answer guest questions and connect them with the appropriate team members
5. Provide discreet service such as greeting, wayfinding, check-in, coat check, concierge, and valet validation
6. Assist with setup and breakdown of the Gallery station and ensure cleanliness and safety
7. Support onsite and offsite events as needed
8. Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership

1. 2+ years of related experience

5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
6. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
