Lone Wolf Technologies is seeking a seasoned Gainsight Administration / Operations expert to own and optimize the Gainsight CS platform, PX, and Skilljar for a large, diverse customer base in Toronto.

Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success, you will configure objects, journeys, health signals, playbooks, and dashboards, translate business needs into scalable workflows, and partner with leaders to drive adoption, retention, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Gainsight administration in a production environment.
