Job summary

Monex Canada Inc. in Toronto seeks a Head of Sales to lead and expand its commercial FX and payments sales nationwide, building a high-performing team, owning revenue delivery, and directly involved in winning strategic client relationships.

The Head of Sales will work closely with the CEO to shape go-to-market strategy, broaden Monex’s reach with corporate and institutional clients, and strengthen the firm’s position as a leading FX and payments partner in Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial FX or financial services sales.
• 2–3 years in people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of FX products and international payments.
• Proven revenue growth and strategic account management.
• Familiarity with Canadian regulation (FINTRAC, AML) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a nationwide go-to-market plan for FX and payments.
• Identify and cultivate strategic corporate and institutional clients.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Executives and Directors to exceed targets.
• Manage revenue forecasts, pricing strategies, and pipeline metrics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls across the sales function.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership to drive profitable growth.
