Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to learn via various mediums.
• Proven ability to improve productivity, engagement and retention.
• Experience managing overall store operations in grocery.

Responsibilities

• Understand and contribute to achieving key business metrics including profit, loss, and labour management.
• Anticipate customer needs and put them first in all you do.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of colleagues in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, and operational excellence.
• Create an inclusive workplace that fosters engagement, development and belonging.
• Build long-term relationships with the community.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations with a focus on excellence and service.
• Partner with store leadership to drive people strategies aligned with culture and values.
• Provide input to the District Manager to shape business strategy.
