Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and property operations at our Ontario locations. You will help customers choose storage solutions while maintaining a safe, clean facility and positive guest experiences.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and a clear path for growth within a fast-growing company. A background check is required, with daytime hours and no Sunday shifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials, equipment, and other items weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• As part of our hiring process, a background check is required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
