The pillar that supports our internal infrastructure

We are looking for a talented System Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will work on various technology projects, ensuring the success and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will showcase your expertise, push technologies to the limit, and ensure the security and availability of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate efforts within the System Administration team on ongoing projects, checking in and following up on tasks.
• Build, maintain, and optimize our internal infrastructure (Hyper-V, AWS, and all software systems).
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving, proposing solutions and advice.
• Assist the IT Support team with complex cases for Coveo employees.
• Maintain and improve systems, including upgrades outside work hours.
• Manage system-related projects end-to-end, including procurement, deployment, and configuration of tools.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate sees challenges as opportunities to learn and grow, can anticipate issues by analyzing systems, and enjoys collaborative work.

• 5-8 years of experience with SaaS solutions and providers (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.).
• Networking experience, especially in maintenance and debugging.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology.
• Proven experience with mobile device management (Intune, Ivanti, Munki, ABM, Microsoft Autopilot).
• Ability to work full-time in our Montreal or Quebec offices.
