Job description

Full or Part-time hair stylist position at a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base.

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, committed to offering the highest "effective wage" in the market, which includes base wage, productivity, product commissions, and tips. Last week, our staff's average effective wage was $31.26/hr.

• Wages vary based on proficiency, but no employee earns less than $20/hr in total.

We offer a $300 signing bonus and ongoing training, including virtual and hands-on sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients on hairstyle options.
• Listening to clients' preferences.
• Describing hair care products and benefits.
• Shampooing, cutting, and styling hair.

Requirements:

• Valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and good eye for design.

Compensation includes base pay, product commissions, productivity bonuses, and tips.
