Job summary

Shell Canada is offering a three-year Graduate Programme designed to develop future leaders. Roles will be based at Scotford, Sarnia, or Calgary, with start dates in February or August 2027.

The programme blends on‑the‑job training, formal education, social learning, and personalized coaching to accelerate leadership growth. Eligibility includes final-year or recent graduates in Engineering or Commerce/Business-related fields, CGPA 3.20, and legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or graduated within the last 3 years.
• Programs include Technical Graduate Programme: Engineering (Chemical, Chemical‑Process Control, Mechanical) and Commercial Graduate Programme: Commerce/Business, Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Finance.
• Minimum CGPA 3.20.
• Legal to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit).
• Medical and/or drug test may be required for safety‑sensitive roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyse situations and propose solutions aligned with Shell's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and share fresh ideas on energy-related challenges.
• Engage in on-the-job training, formal education, and coaching as part of the graduate programme.
