Job summary

Shell Canada invites ambitious students to join the Assessed Internship Programme in Canada. You’ll work on real projects aligned with your studies and be based at Calgary, Scotford, or Sarnia under guidance from a supervisor and mentor.

Duration options include 4, 8, 12 or 16 months with January or May 2027 start dates. Top performers may secure further opportunities within Shell’s career pathways and graduate programmes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• At least one additional semester of education remaining after the internship.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.20.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada (citizenship, permanent residency or valid work permit).
• Willing to undergo Medical and/or Alcohol & Drug tests for safety-sensitive roles.

Responsibilities

• Work on real projects aligned with your academic background and interests.
• Based at one of Shell’s key Canadian locations and supported by a supervisor and mentor.
• Receive regular feedback and performance assessments to aid growth.
