Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd. is hiring Class 1 Drivers for Canada/US mentee positions with no over-the-road experience required.

The mentorship lasts 8 weeks, then lanes open MB–Midwest USA–ONT–MB. Expect a triangle run with 5 days on the road and rotations across MB, ON, QC and multiple US states. We offer paid miles, across-border opportunities, living out of home considerations, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Manitoba license.
• MELT Certificate of Training from an accredited school (last 12 months).
• FAST Card Eligible.
• Clean commercial abstract.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Flexible to depart over the weekend (Fri–Sun).
• Flexible to drive nights when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cross-border triangle runs MB–Midwest USA–ONT.
• Be away from home for 5 days at a time.
• Maintain safety, logs and compliance during travel.

For over 65 years, Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd. has been providing over the road transportation solutions to customers throughout North America. We specialize in truck load highway transport & logistics management and pride ourselves on going the extra mile to solve our customer’s pressing challenges and deliver exceptional service.

We are hiring Class 1 Driver - Canada/US Mentees . No Experience over the road. We will train you.
The Mentorship program scope of training lasts 8 weeks. Once you successfully complete training the lane typically assigned operates open board MB - Midwest USA - ONT - MB.

We call this a triangle run. This is a commitment of being on the road for 5 days at a time.Weencourage all applicants to seriously think about what impact being on the road away from home may mean to you and your family as you enter this industry

Triangle run is subject, but not limited to the following States/Provinces of business for cross border drivers:

MB, ON, QC

ND, SD, MN, IA, MS, WI, IL, IN, OH, TN, KY, AL, PA, NJ, MA, NY

Average miles for this run 10,000-12,000 miles per month

What We Offer:

• $0.43/mile in Canada
• $0.56/mile in US
• All miles are paid and there is limited waiting time
• $14/event - Paid for all Live Loading & Unloading
