Job summary

EQ3 Canada is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative Assistant Manager to join our Brossard retail team at Quartier DIX30. In this full-time role you’ll assist the Store Manager with daily operations and lead the sales team when the manager is absent.

You’ll develop action plans around budgeting, coach staff on promotions and products, engage with customers to ensure a positive experience, maintain an organized storefront, and support backend tasks like client database, deposits, and payroll as

Qualifications

• Retail experience with a preferred minimum of 3 years.
• Post-secondary education in Business Admin or a related field.
• Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, SharePoint and STORIS.
• Bilingual in English and French with strong communication.
• Creative management style and focus on customer service quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and sales team management.
• Collaborate with manager to develop and implement budgeting action plans.
• Coach the sales team on promotions, initiatives, and products.
• Engage with customers to meet needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing storefront.
• Support back-end tasks including client database, deposits, and payroll as needed.
