Job summary

EQ3 in Quebec City is seeking a Design Consultant to help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget. This full-time role focuses on building relationships, developing sales opportunities, and achieving personal sales goals.

You don’t need to be an interior designer; strong sales skills and an interest in design are enough. The position offers a commission on written sales, a competitive benefits package, paid time off, and an employee discount on EQ3

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or commission-based sales.
• Able to build relationships and close sales.
• Interest in furniture and design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their needs.
• Recommend furniture solutions that fit space, lifestyle and budget.
• Present and sell products across our upholstery, dining, bedroom and accessories collections.
• Turn customer conversations into sales and follow up to develop long-term relationships.
• Develop your client base and generate new sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
• Build strong product knowledge and collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
