Job summary

Contemporary Office Interiors (COI) seeks a Project Manager to lead furniture fitting and installation projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with dealers, manufacturers and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality installation outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong organization, cross-border logistics experience as an asset, and a collaborative approach to scheduling, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage projects from planning through closeout.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders (dealers, manufacturers, clients).
Knowledge of building codes, product applications, and pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with Account Executive as the single point of contact for customers.
Provide professional client interface throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead dealer/manufacturer teams and manage task assignments and schedules.
Develop work plans, timelines, and logistics based on project scope and goals.
Assist in fee estimation, quotes, and client presentations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and communications.
Attend client and site meetings and ensure timely close-out.
