Job summary

The Brick in Burlington, ON is seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. You will engage customers on the sales floor, understand their needs, and recommend furniture, mattresses, appliances, and electronics solutions to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include contributing to store merchandising, staying current on product knowledge, and collaborating with teammates to maintain a positive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, build rapport, and support a positive in-store experience.
• Solid Sales skills to identify needs, present solutions, and close sales in a retail environment.
• Training and Sales Management experience to support product knowledge development and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
• Retail/showroom experience and ability to meet KPIs; comfortable with sales targets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light product movement.
