Responsibilities

1. Assist the Delivery Driver with routes and scheduling
2. Inspect and load products
3. Physically lift and carry products into customers’ homes without damages
4. Document delivery statuses
5. Assemble products in customers’ homes
6. Provide in-home customer service and support customer settlements

Qualifications

1. Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs regularly
2. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
3. Customer service orientation
4. Excellent organization and communication skills
5. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
6. Ability to pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
