Position Overview

We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals with a customer-focused attitude to join our fleet team. As a Delivery Driver Helper, you will assist in delivering and assembling furniture and appliances, ensuring excellent customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Delivery Driver with route planning and scheduling
2. Inspect, load, and unload products safely
3. Physically lift and carry products into customers' homes without damages
4. Document delivery status accurately
5. Assemble products in customers' homes
6. Provide in-home customer service and address customer concerns

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
