Daily Bread Food Bank in Toronto is seeking a part-time Fundraising Donor Clerk to support donor records and provide friendly service within the Development team.
You will sort donations, enter gifts in Raiser's Edge, prepare receipts and acknowledgement letters, and assist with mail merges and routine data upkeep. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of donation data entry, strong office skills, and a passion for nonprofit work.
Daily Bread Food Bank works toward long-term solutions to end hunger and poverty, delivering innovative programs that support people living on low incomes and experiencing food insecurity. Daily Bread distributes fresh and shelf-stable food, as well as freshly prepared meals, to 144 member agencies and 214 food programs across Toronto. It also publishes the influential Who’s Hungry report, an annual survey that tracks trends in food insecurity and poverty in Toronto, educates the public, and helps drive policy change.

Salary: $27.20 per hour + 4% vacation pay
Terms: 3.5 months contract, On-Site
Contract Duration: September 30, 2026, to January 8, 2027
Schedule: 14 hours Per week; Wednesday and Friday – 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Daily Bread Food Bank relies on funding from the Private Sector to maintain and/or expand its education and support programs and services that serve the people in our community. Donations are essential to raise public awareness of the organization and the fight against hunger. As an integral part of the Fundraising and Development team, the Fundraising Donor Clerk will be responsible for the accurate entry of data in a high-paced environment to update donor records and will provide customer service for donors.
