Public Outreach is looking for confident, passionate communicators to join our in-person fundraising teams across the Greater Toronto Area. Your role is to start meaningful conversations that lead to real change.
We represent some of the world’s most respected non-profits – organizations fighting for climate action, humanitarian aid, and human rights. Our charity partners depend on steady, long-term support to continue their life-changing work – and as a Public Outreach Fundraiser, you’ll help make that possible by inspiring people to become ongoing monthly donors.
This is not your average fundraising job. You’ll be a storyteller, advocate, and ambassador – someone who can connect authentically, communicate with empathy, and spark enthusiasm for change.
A successful fundraiser is more than someone who can meet goals. They are someone who embraces feedback, takes ownership, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every challenge. They hold themselves accountable, are always looking for ways to grow, and understand the power of collaboration.
Most importantly, they know that great work can and should be enjoyable. They bring energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of joy to the workplace, inspiring those around them while building meaningful relationships with donors, colleagues, and the community.
Public Outreach supports a diverse and equal world and welcomes people from all walks of life into our already eclectic teams. We encourage Peoples of Colour, Indigenous Peoples, Queer/Trans identifying, as well as peoples with Dis/abilities to apply!
Accommodations available upon request throughout the hiring process.
