Reporting to the Associate Director, Philanthropy & Development, the Fund Development Associate supports fundraising activities across all areas of giving including annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation giving, third-party fundraising, campaigns and events. The role manages donor and prospect relationships, supports stewardship and cultivation activities, and contributes to revenue growth through donor-centered fundraising practices.
Working as part of the Philanthropy & Development team, the Fund Development Associate collaborates with colleagues across the organization to identify opportunities for donor engagement, strengthen relationships and support fundraising priorities.
This is a 37.5-hour per week position and is eligible for YWCA Calgary's Hybrid Work Arrangement. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support fundraising events and activities.Paid time off (for eligible roles; prorated based on start date and FTE status) includes:
