Job summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accountant – Investment Recordkeeping to support accurate maintenance of investment records, fund accounting, reconciliations, and reporting. This role suits professionals passionate about accounting and financial services.

You will record transactions, reconcile cash and holdings, review entries, and collaborate with custodians, auditors, and internal teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Experience with investment recordkeeping or fund accounting is preferred.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Record investment transactions and reconcile records across systems.
• Maintain fund financial information and NAV where applicable.
• Prepare periodic accounting reports and supporting schedules.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
• Support audit requests and maintain documentation with control procedures.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate unresolved items.
