Location: Montreal (Nuns’ Island) or Oakville

Work Mode: Hybrid (on-site 3 days/week: Tuesday to Thursday)

About the role

We are seeking a Functional Expert in Forecast to Planning (Configuration) to support SAP processes for FTP/IBP. You will work with business and SAP teams to translate complex requirements into effective SAP solutions, overseeing configuration phases and project activities.

This role offers the chance to work on various projects, lead or execute implementations, and contribute to team growth through knowledge transfer and coaching. You will also support Application Management Services (AMS) in extending and configuring key services.

• Configure IBP for Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Inventory Optimizer in collaboration with the FTP team.
• Independently configure complex IBP features like Key Figures, Application Jobs, and Forecast Models.
• Understand how Master Data affects IBP and support data teams with data issues explanations.
• Support integration with S4 and third-party applications, understanding IBP monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Lead technical configuration efforts, recommend solutions, and manage incidents and change requests respecting SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with SAP IBP standards and act as an internal SME across teams.

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
• 10+ years of SAP functional experience, including 5+ years in IBP and full lifecycle implementations.
• Proven experience in IBP process configuration for Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Inventory Optimizer.
• IBP certifications are required.
• Strong organizational, management, communication, and team skills; self-starter mentality.
• Experience in manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Technical project management experience required.
• French-English bilingualism is an asset.
