The Opportunity

Highspring is assisting a client in their search for a Senior Full‑Stack Developer for a permanent role.

In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of a rapidly growing digital platform, working across multiple system components and integrations. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions that support business and operational needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop both backend and frontend components of the platform
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand and refine business requirements
• Recommend and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs
• Ensure code quality and compliance with architecture, naming conventions, and security standards
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks
• Configure and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure overall development quality
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to implementation

What You Bring to the Table

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results‑oriented approach
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within Agile teams
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies

Core Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 6
• Solid experience designing and working with REST APIs
• Experience with SQL, Azure SQL, and SQL Server
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using YAML and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (e.g., Bicep)
• Knowledge of software design principles and design patterns
• Experience building and executing automated tests (unit and service‑level)
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices (Scrum, Lean)
