Frontend Engineering & User Experience
Lead hands-on development of modern frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI patterns. Build clean, responsive, polished, and production-ready user interfaces.
Translate business workflows into intuitive, scalable frontend experiences.
Apply strong component design, state management, performance optimization, and accessibility practices.
Evaluate and use frontend state/data tools such as React Query, Redux, or equivalent patterns where appropriate.
Ensure frontend solutions are maintainable, testable, and aligned with engineering standards.
Full-Stack Solution Delivery
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend applications with C#/.NET APIs, RESTful services, and enterprise systems. Support the design and implementation of APIs, integration points, and modular backend components.
Understand legacy workflows and help migrate functionality into modern application architecture.
Apply SOLID principles, modular design, and pragmatic architectural trade-offs to meet business timelines.
Work with SQL Server, Snowflake, and related data sources to support application and reporting needs.
Business Understanding & Stakeholder Alignment
Translate business goals into clear technical plans, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to clarify ambiguity and drive practical decisions.
Think in workflows, constraints, outcomes, risks, and measurable impact.
Communicate technical trade-offs in plain language to both technical and non-technical audiences.
