Job summary

FCC is hiring a Developer to join our Agile team tasked with designing, developing, testing and deploying high-quality code for marketing technology and digital platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and work closely with developers, analysts and business partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in software development, strong modern web skills (HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Gatsby, React, Angular) and experience with AWS and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of hands-on software development experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to write, test, and maintain high-quality production code.
• Experience with modern web technologies and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop new code, including automation, integration and unit tests.
• Implement code fixes and support user testing.
• Build and execute automation tests.
• Ensure technical solutions are developed and maintained efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to break down requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work with legacy systems and new application development for customer portals.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications

• Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
• Minimum two years of hands ‑ on software development experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Demonstrated ability to write, test, and maintain high ‑ quality production code with minimal supervision
• Strong proficiency in modern web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Gatsby, React and Angular (version 12 or higher)
• Experience integrating applications with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs ( Backend: Language = Java, Framework = Spring Boot , Frontend : Language = Typescript, Framework = Angula )
• Working knowledge of one or more modern frameworks or technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, or Django
• Solid experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Experience working within an Agile development environment, including collaboration with cross ‑ functional teams

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot
• Familiarity with web and API authentication and authorization
• Proficiency using GIT for version control
• Experience creating web services and APIs
• Work experience in financial services, lending or agriculture industries
