Job summary

PepsiCo Foods Canada has a current opening at the Frito Lay Distribution Centre in Brampton, ON for a Full Time Warehouse Technician, 6 month contract.

The Warehouse Technician will perform general warehouse duties enabling the movement and loading of products, with a focus on accuracy and safety. The role requires physical capability and experience with warehouse operations, including voice or scanner picking.

Qualifications

• Completed high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs as required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picks customer orders by full cases by voice or scanner.
• Pick customer orders by individual bag on Pre-pick module/cart.
• Loads route trucks with product using roller carts or by hand-bombing.
• Uploads cardboard and return product from route trucks into inventory.
• Stacks and bundles cardboards.
• Performs general clean-up/sanitation duties including facility and ground appearance.
• Work in a safe manner utilizing safe lifting techniques.
• Attend regular scheduled team meetings.

Overview

PepsiCo Foods Canada has a current opening at the Frito Lay Distribution Centre in Brampton, ON for a Full Time Warehouse Technician, 6 month contract.

The Role:

The Warehouse Technician will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada by playing a critical role in the “move” portion of our business. The Warehouse Technician will perform general warehouse duties involving the operation of an automated pick cart; building orders and loading trucks, delivering efficiency and accuracy targets, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Compensation:

$24.51 per hour

Shift:

Tuesday-Saturday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
