Job summary

PepsiCo Canada in Cambridge is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support the move portion of our operations. You will ensure order accuracy during picking, work efficiently, and maintain safety in a physically demanding role with standing, lifting, and frequent movement.

The role includes shift options (7pm-7am, Tue-Thu or Sat-Mon) with potential shift premiums. You’ll join a dynamic team focused on teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Full Case belt picking and placing
• Operating Auto Cart Loader (ACL) to include jam and fault recovery
• Operating Warehouse computer systems (ICS, etc)
• Load and unload bulk and individual cases to/from trailers
• Strapping and bundling cardboard
• Gathering pallet boards
• Manually loading individual cases on carts and carts onto trailers
• Autonomous maintenance activity as required by task
• Maintaining proper housekeeping standards in work areas
• Attendance in warehouse team meetings as required
• Performing work in a safe manner and follow all safety policies

Overview

The Role:

The Warehouse Technician will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada by playing a critical role in the “move” portion of our business. The Warehouse Technician will be required to ensure the accuracy of the orders that they are picking, as well as ensure they are performing their job efficiently and effectively. This role requires prolonged standing, lifting, and frequent movement.

Compensation:

$22.60 (+Shift Premiums)

Shift:

Tuesday-Thursday 7pm-7am or Saturday-Monday 7pm-7am
