Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Unregulated Care Provider (UCP) to deliver personal care under supervision in our Ottawa residence. The role involves direct resident care, documentation, and adherence to care plans in a regulated environment.

Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, you will assist with meals, mobility, and daily activities, while supporting clinical staff. Prior PSW training and comfort with caregiving are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent healthcare training.
• Experience working with seniors in community/healthcare settings is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and document care per plan and policies.
• Administer medications and treatments following regulatory requirements.
• Support resident mobility, nutrition, and daily activities as directed by the supervisor.
• Collaborate with clinical team for admissions, transfers and safety.
